Notabene is growing fast, and we're looking for people like you to play a pivotal role in shaping the future infrastructure of the crypto industry.The Impact You Will HaveWe\'re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive for the US and LATAM markets. This role requires expertise in crypto infrastructure use cases and a proven track record of closing complex deals in the financial sector. You\'ll be responsible for expanding our presence among major financial institutions and driving adoption of our infrastructure and compliance solutions.You WillDrive outbound and inbound sales within the US and LATAM markets. Spanish-speaking or Portuguese-speaking fluency preferredOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closingBuild trust and credibility with C-level executivesPartner closely with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and expansionsPartner with Product and Leadership to shape enterprise roadmap feedbackEducate customers on the value of compliance in crypto transactions (Travel Rule, VASPs)Run a disciplined enterprise pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain clean deal hygiene in HubSpot to support predictable growthRepresent Notabene at industry events, conferences, and private meetings (travel might be required)You Have6-10 years of enterprise sales experience with proven success in financial services or in crypto infrastructure, and multi-stakeholder buying committeesYou have consistently hit or exceeded enterprise quotas in complex, regulated environmentsTrack record of closing six-figure enterprise dealsDeep understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services and/or cryptoBased in New York City or major financial hub in the AmericasBenefitsFlexible Remote Work: Work from anywhere!$1000 WFH Stipend: Use within your first year of employmentMacBook Pro: Procured by you and your manager to find a model that meets your needsUnlimited PTO: We trust you to take as much as holiday as you needCountry-Specific Benefits: Statutory offerings and contributions, managed via our employer-of-recordApply TodayIf you strongly believe this role is for you, please apply.
