Regional Sales Leader (East Coast)

Sage Therapeutics seeks a Regional Sales Leader to oversee enterprise new business development across the East Coast for its senior care intelligence platform. The role combines hands-on sales leadership, team coaching, and complex deal execution, with direct exposure to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own new business revenue growth, signed ARR, and quota attainment across East region
- Lead and develop enterprise Business Development Executives through coaching, call reviews, and performance management
- Drive execution on complex, multi-site enterprise deals from strategy through close
- Establish MEDDPICC methodology adoption and structured sales operational cadence
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent with clear performance expectations
Requirements
- 8+ years enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
- 3+ years leading quota-carrying enterprise sales teams
- Track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals with $500K+ ACV
- Proficiency with MEDDPICC or MEDDIC sales methodology
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent
- Experience building structured sales operating systems and forecasting discipline
