Maintenance Associate

Key Responsibilities Provide ongoing physical review of assigned areas (including roof and sidewalks). Perform tasks to maintain essential systems, such as preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, completing assigned checklists, minor plumbing repairs, and responding to work orders. Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Responsible for provided tools, materials, etc., and keeping them available for use. Assist Facility staff and other teams to provide excellent service, including physically assisting with event/space set-up and helping during events. Note and communicate maintenance and supply needs throughout assigned areas. Duties include reaching, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule Tuesday-Saturday: 9:00am-5:30pm. Requires availability for days, nights, evenings, weekends, and holiday work hours as assigned. Requirements Embrace's the organization’s Statement of Faith. High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years Facilities experience. Preferred Preventative maintenance practices. Safety training/certificate. Understanding of shelter operations. Driver’s license preferred. F80 (fire safety, guard certificate); NCI Certification; OSHA Certification. Salary: $21.63 #J-18808-Ljbffr
