Regional Office Manager - Tampa, FL

Location: Tampa, FL (On-site, with occasional travel between U.S. offices) | Department: Business Support | Job Type: Full-time, Exempt | Reports to: Business Manager

As Regional Office Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for Black & White Engineering’s Tampa office, managing day-to-day operations and providing administrative and technical support to the office team. You’ll also support our wider U.S. business and the global aspects of the company.

You’ll oversee office administration, budgets, health and safety (including OSHA requirements), ISO audit readiness, document templates and quality standards, and local onboarding for new staff. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll keep the team informed and continually improve how the office runs.

Essential Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in an office manager role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting letters, reports, and presentations.
• Ability to monitor budgets and manage office expenditure and supplies.
• Ability to manage workplace health and safety requirements, including OSHA compliance; ISO audit experience is advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, maintenance, events, and visitors.
• Ability to guide, train, and provide feedback to others.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to quality and accuracy in your own and others’ work.
• Ability to travel to other Black & White Engineering offices in the U.S.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
