At Chick-fil-A, we seek leaders developed to support the business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all team members to achieve service and revenue goals as a team. Leadership will oversee team members in business development and in the continuous pursuit of "operational excellence," while creating a positive work culture. Leadership serves in multiple areas of responsibility and oversees the overall restaurant flow. Leaders are tasked with ensuring we meet and exceed our high goals and standards. This location is operated by COR Restaurant Services, LLC ("COR Services" or the "Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chick-fil-A, Inc. led by interim managers.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chick-fil-A operational policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
• Communicate employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Leadership Team.
• Work with the leadership team to ensure adequate daily and restaurant staffing levels.
• Must be an excellent trainer, communicator, and team builder.
• Achieve annual business results through focus and action on monthly and quarterly goals and tasks.
• Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect while providing direction and feedback.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude.
• Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment.
• Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team.
• Honors and encourages others to follow the company’s vision and values.
• Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect.
