These publishing groups are focused on developing information and products that help individuals control their own destiny when it comes to matters of finance, health, and lifestyle.Agora is seeking a Member Services Representative to join its team. This role supports our brand promise of providing investors with the tools and guidance needed to easily establish and manage their accounts.This is a full-time position that offers more responsibility and growth than a typical customer service role. You will not be cold calling or telemarketing, but there is an inbound sales component to the role with the potential for outbound sales/collections as well.You'll work as part of a phone-based customer support team, handling subscriber calls to resolve issues, answer questions, and support informed purchasing decisions.
