Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, employing various diagnostic tools and techniques to craft effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the individual needs of clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, consistently reviewing progress and adjusting treatment approaches to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy and virtual counseling services for clients facing mobility challenges, ensuring accessibility and high-quality care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical standards, documenting client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of emerging trends in mental health care.
