Seeking a Level 2 Onsite Support Technician based in the Norwalk, CT area who can travel to nearby client locations as needed, including Trumbull, Stamford, and Danbury. That will serve as the primary onsite technical resource for one of our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, customer‑focused, and solutions‑driven technician who feels comfortable supporting users in person across all levels of the organization.

You will own the day‑to‑day onsite support experience while maintaining strong alignment with the Service Delivery Manager. This role requires someone who is proactive, personable, and highly effective at troubleshooting.

• Comfortable multi-tasking

• Comfortable with being representative while onsite with clients

• Require a valid driver's license

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norwalk, CT.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
