Outreach Worker

An outreach worker is responsible for reaching out to individuals and communities to provide information, resources, and support. The outreach worker will work closely with community members to identify needs and develop strategies to address them. The outreach worker will also collaborate with other organizations and agencies to coordinate services and resources. Responsibilities: Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage individuals and communities Provide information, resources, and support to individuals and communities Collaborate with other organizations and agencies to coordinate services and resources Identify needs and develop strategies to address them Build relationships with community members and stakeholders Collect and maintain data on outreach activities and outcomes Participate in training and professional development opportunities Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in outreach or community engagement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of community resources and services Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
