Senior Preconstruction Manager

The Senior Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, create detailed plans, and direct technical activities integration.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Review and recommend/approve contracts and cost estimates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Effective 360-degree leadership skills to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
• Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or related field.
• CCM, PMI, or PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years focused on horizontal and heavy civil projects.

Location: Columbus, OH

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 – $230,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
