Empowered to advocate for members, the full-time remote Member Services Agent will engage with clients via voice and email, resolving inquiries and enhancing the member experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Interact with current and prospective members professionally and positively through various communication channels Resolve inquiries regarding returns, tracking, and order modifications using creative problem-solving skills Expand skills to handle more complex situations and explore alternate communication channels like messaging or social media Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably in e-commerce or luxury retail Proficiency in relevant computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
