You will handle policy endorsements, review coverage details, and accurately process policy transactions to ensure our customers' needs are met efficiently. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help and support customers. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate policy management and documentation. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software systems and the ability to quickly learn new tools. Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
