Location: Paiva House (Norwich) Schedule: Open Shift Pay: $20.16/hr Days: Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun Weekly schedule: Mon 3p-9p | Thu 3p-9p | Fri 3p-9p | Sat 4p-10p | Sun 4p-10p Responsibilities Support individuals with daily living activities and their behavioral support plans. Assist with physical mobility and transfers when needed, using approved training and equipment. Provide basic medical support and medication administration according to required training and certification. Complete service notes, reports, and incident documentation accurately and on time. Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow agency policies to protect individuals from abuse and neglect. Provide transportation in a safe and lawful manner. Attend required training and maintain applicable CPR, first aid, and medication administration certifications. Work cooperatively with individuals served, families, supervisors, and other team members.
