What You’ll Do As a Senior Industrial Field Service Technician, you’ll serve as a trusted technical expert for our customers by: Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial electric motors, VFDs, drives, and control systems Diagnosing electrical and mechanical failures using industry‑standard diagnostic equipment and software Performing equipment startups, preventive maintenance, warranty repairs, and emergency service calls Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Providing customers with clear repair recommendations and technical findings Maintaining accurate service documentation, time reporting, and inventory for your company‑provided service vehicle Participating in a rotating 24/7 on‑call schedule Promoting a safe, professional, and customer‑focused work environment Occasional overnight travel and weekend work are required.
