What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients aged 0-3 years within the Infant Child Development (ICD) program
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting delays in activities of daily living, neuromuscular, sensory-integration, cognitive, or psychosocial skills
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document progress
• Educate and consult with families and caregivers regarding therapy strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimum patient outcomes
• Support discharge and transition planning for patients

What You Need

• Valid Kansas Occupational Therapist license
• Certification in Basic Life Support (CPR)
• 1+ years of pediatric therapy experience preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
