We are currently looking to hire a Corporate Invoicing Specialist to join our Corporate team! This position allows for remote work within the United States.

This is a full time, temporary position for up to 6 months with the possibility to extend based on business needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Primarily responsible for client invoicing. Preparing invoices daily for submission to clients. Additional ancillary responsibilities include accounts receivable and collections, periodic accounts payable and functions in addition to limited general support to our accounting department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble and submit client invoices per contracted client arrangements.
• Collects detailed information from various sources to input detail into invoicing system.
• Check accuracy of data input in accounting system to ensure accuracy of final invoices
• Collects revenue by sending reminders and following up with customers
• Research and resolve billing errors and issue debit/credit memos when necessary
• 1099 vendor management support including onboarding, compliance tracking, ongoing communication
• Enters vendor information into accounting system
• Process vendor invoices by verifying transaction information, preparing disbursements and obtaining authorization of payment.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
• Other duties as assigned
• Travel up to 5%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Accounting/Finance experience can be considered in lieu of educational experience
• Must have strong communications skills (verbal and written)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Sage Intacct experience
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets at an intermediate level
• Experience in an invoicing and finance department

Seattle, Washington Pay Range

$1 - $2 USD
