Job Overview

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, property managers, insurance professionals, and referral partners.
• Educate clients on emergency response planning, disaster preparedness, and restoration solutions to become a trusted advisor.
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry associations, and community functions.
• Identify and pursue new commercial restoration opportunities involving water, fire, storm, and emergency response services.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective commercial clients and referral partners.
• Deliver professional presentations to businesses, organizations, and community groups.
• Communicate the company's capabilities and value proposition to decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Restoration, Reconstruction, Estimating, and Leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
• Respond quickly and professionally when losses occur, positioning the company as the first call during emergencies.
• Drive business growth through relationship development rather than transactional sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or relationship-driven sales.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Strong presentation, communication, and networking skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners, executives, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization, follow-through, and time management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred.
• Background in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or facility services is a plus.
• Knowledge of water, fire, storm, and property damage restoration is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus performance-based incentives.
