Xenios Technologies is seeking an exceptional UI/UX Designer to help shape the design and user experience of its AI-native operating system for health coaches, trainers, and performance specialists. This is a founding-level, equity-based role with significant long-term upside, transitioning to a salaried position upon successful funding. Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Remote (United States) Salary: From $51,595/year (equity-based, transitions to salary after funding) Contract Type: Part-Time, Full-Time, or Contract Role Overview You will own the end-to-end user experience across Xenios’s web and mobile platforms, transforming complex AI-driven workflows into intuitive, elegant, and human-centered designs. This role is pivotal in building trust, driving engagement, and empowering both coaches and clients. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive, visually compelling experiences for web and mobile apps Lead UI/UX design from concept to production Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes in Figma Establish and maintain a scalable design system Design AI-powered interfaces (conversational and personalized) Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to implement designs Conduct user research and usability testing Ensure accessibility and consistency across the platform Candidate Requirements 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications Experience designing digital products from concept to launch Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for AI, digital health, and user-centric design Preferred Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven applications Familiarity with React, Next.js, and collaboration with engineering teams Frontend: React, Next.js, React Native (Expo) AI Integrations: Anthropic Claude, Deepgram, MediaPipe Design Tools: Figma, modern prototyping platforms Compensation Equity-based role with founding-level design ownership Transition to salaried position after pre-seed funding round Significant long-term upside and opportunity to shape a category-defining platform #J-18808-Ljbffr School Result
