Job Description
Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a full-time, hospital-employed Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join a respected and growing practice on the eastern side of Columbus near Easton Town Center. Job Description:
Join a respected and expanding OBGYN practice employed by Mount Carmel Medical Group
Work at a location strategically situated between Mount Carmel East and Mount Carmel St. Ann's, both equipped with MFM support and Level III NICUs
Split time between clinic (3-3.5 days/week) and OR (1 day/week)
Participate in 1:4 to 1:5 shared call rotation, including weekends; midwives cover 1:3 call
Provide obstetrical care and gynecological surgery, including robotic procedures (robotic surgery interest preferred)
Engage in resident education through the Mount Carmel OB/GYN residency program (teaching opportunity available but not required)
Collaborate with a supportive team in a traditional clinic + call model
Maintain hospital proximity (must reside within 30 minutes of hospitals)
Does not require supervision responsibilities
Position start date ASAP or no later than Fall 2026

Compensation and Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary of $285,000, with immediate bonus potential
Up to $100,000 starting/sign-on bonus, OR loan forgiveness, OR a 50/50 split between the two
Student loan repayment program available
Relocation reimbursement
Annual $5,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days
216 hours of PTO annually (27 days), with 40 hours of rollover allowed
Full benefits begin on Day 1
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility through 501(c)(3) non-profit status
