Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Tech for our property JuniperFats in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The successful candidate will: 1-3 years general maintenance experience EPA certification (a plus) A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community.
