What You’ll Do Prospect & Engage: Drive new business development through high-volume outbound activity to generate client relationships and build candidate pipelines within the Specialty Chemicals and Advanced Materials space. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering, etc.). Professional background in Specialty Chemicals and Advanced Materials preferred. Strong sales acumen and/or experience in high-volume phone-based roles. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset. Eagerness to learn and excel in a new industry.
