Whether working in‑person or remotely, you’ll be supported every step of the way. Clinical Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole‑child outcomes Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high‑quality ABA services at every touchpoint Required What Sets You Apart Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Current 8‑hour supervision certificate State licensure where applicable Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation when in‑person travel is required Authorized to work in the United States Nice to Have Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center‑based or hybrid setting Comfort working within digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation A collaborative mindset with a track record of strong family and team relationships How We Set You Up For Success A dedicated Staffing Coordinator to match you with cases that fit your schedule and expertise An assigned Case Manager to assist with case support and administrative needs A specialized Clinical Support team to guide you through onboarding, help new BCBAs learn our systems and processes, and provide ongoing support with treatment plans, client assessments, and more Access to ATrack, Applied ABC’s proprietary platform for treatment planning, data collection, and documentation A collaborative clinical environment where you’re supported, heard, and valued Join a Mission That Matters If you’re passionate about helping children thrive and looking for a role that fits your life without sacrificing clinical quality, this is your opportunity.
