General Manager – Domino's PizzaWe are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven General Manager to lead the daily operations of one Domino's Pizza location. The General Manager is responsible for driving sales and profitability while maintaining excellent customer service, food quality, operational standards, and a positive team culture.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate employees, develop future leaders, manage costs, and ensure that every store consistently delivers a great customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Store Performance Oversee the daily operations of assigned Domino's Pizza locations.Ensure stores consistently meet company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer service.Monitor sales, labor, food costs, waste, and other key performance indicators.Develop and execute plans to improve sales, profitability, and overall store performance.Ensure proper inventory management, ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation.Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable health and safety regulations.Leadership & Team Management Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop store employees and management team members.Build a strong, accountable, and customer-focused team culture.Coach employees and managers to improve performance and achieve operational goals.Recognize strong performance and address performance issues promptly and professionally.Develop assistant managers and other team members for future leadership opportunities.Create and maintain effective staffing and scheduling plans based on business needs.Customer Service Ensure every customer receives friendly, accurate, fast, and professional service.Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.Lead by example in maintaining a positive and professional store environment.Financial & Administrative Management Manage store-level expenses and control labor and food costs.Review sales and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities.Maintain accurate records and ensure proper cash-handling procedures.Protect company assets and minimize loss, waste, and unnecessary expenses.Work toward established sales, profitability, labor, and operational goals.Safety & Compliance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Ensure employees follow food safety, workplace safety, and sanitation procedures.Follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.Report and address safety, equipment, maintenance, or operational issues promptly.QualificationsPrevious management experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced customer-service environment.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate a diverse team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to analyze sales, labor, food cost, and other business performance metrics.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous pizza or quick-service restaurant experience is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for advancement and career development.Training and leadership development.Employee discounts.A fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.The opportunity to take ownership of store performance and build a successful team.Physical & Work Requirements The General Manager must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and remain active for extended periods.
