Answer questions, guide their experience, and make them feel taken care of from the first interaction.**Obsess over the details -** A clean, organized lot is non-negotiable. Keep the space sharp, safe, and ready — because how it looks is how we're remembered.**Deliver on the shine standard -** Inspect vehicles with intention and pride. Every car leaves meeting our quality standards — no exceptions.**Solve it before it becomes a problem -** Spot hazards, identify what needs doing, and handle it without waiting to be asked.
