What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care within the operating room, including surgical procedures, C-sections, PACU, and endoscopy services
• Assist in prep and perioperative processes, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Participate in patient assessments before, during, and after procedures
• Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation within Epic electronic health records
• Support on-call responsibilities, arriving within 30 minutes when called

What You Need:

• Valid Louisiana RN license
• Minimum 1 year OR nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Epic electronic medical record experience

• Experience in rural hospital settings
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplined environment
• Flexibility and team-oriented attitude

About the Assignment: Join a small, rural hospital where your skills directly impact patient care across various specialties. On-call requirements include one day per week and every fifth weekend, with prompt response times during on-call shifts.
