Licensure/Certs: Current RN License in Louisiana, BLS, ACLS, PALS (from American Heart Association)

Experience: Proven experience in operating room nursing, confident in patient care & team collaboration

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $61.10

What You'll Do

Deliver expert nursing care to surgical patients utilizing the nursing process
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth surgical procedures
Assess patient needs before, during, and after surgery
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and surgical activities
Assist in coordinating patient education and discharge planning
Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards
Support unit and organizational goals through professional practice

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
Experience working in an operating room or surgical environment
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
Additional certifications in surgical nursing or related specialties
