Join our team of Behavior Technicians at Centra Wellness Network (CWN), who provide services to children with autism in the community, office and in their homes. The Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) according to a treatment plan developed by a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). In simple terms, you are teaching and reinforcing new skills so kids can succeed in life! Your office is surrounded by nature, located in Bear Lake, Michigan just miles from beaches and hiking trails. About the Role

As the Behavior Technician, you are a part of a team providing groundbreaking services. You provide direct care to children with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder in one-on-one and in group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and training arrangements as identified in their treatment plan.

Your role is to:

· Effectively implement behavior treatment protocols after being trained in the child’s individualized plan of service.

· Collect, record and summarize data on observable client behavior.

· Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the child’s individual plan of service and behavior reduction protocols under the supervision of the BCBA.

· Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed.

· Collaborate with the treatment team including clients, parents and caregivers, outside professionals and co-workers.

· Perform duties in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures and instruction.
