Job Title: Benefits Specialist (Entry-Level) Location: Wichita, KS Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person | Client-Facing MCL Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of a client in Wichita for a full-time Benefits Specialist. This client-facing role focuses on meeting with local business owners, building strong relationships, and helping clients review benefit options for their teams. The position is field-based and consultative in nature, with structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support provided from the start. No prior industry experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or other people-facing roles are encouraged to apply. What you’ll do: Meet face-to-face with business owners and professionals to understand what their teams need. Present benefit options for their employees Conduct scheduled appointments and follow up as needed Provide ongoing support to client accounts Participate in onboarding, training, and mentorship Who tends to succeed: People with customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds Coachable, reliable, and comfortable talking to new people Self-motivated individuals who want uncapped earning potential Those with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Willing to complete state licensing (full training and support provided) Why this role stands out: Monday–Friday daytime hours (no nights or weekends) Full training and one-on-one mentorship Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement Compensation Uncapped commissions + bonuses.
