Staff Accountant

Consolidated Precision Products is seeking a Staff Accountant to support financial operations in a complex manufacturing environment. This role prepares journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, supports cost and inventory accounting, and assists with monthly close and financial reporting. The Staff Accountant partners with plant operations to analyze variances, maintain accurate standard costs, and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies. The position also supports audits, process improvements, and financial data integrity to help drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across CPP’s aerospace manufacturing sites.
