Key Skills Communication & Interpersonal Skills: compassion and understanding, coaching and encouraging clients, client advocacy—identifying needs and applying relevant resources, relational development, and healthy caregiving boundaries. Personal Management Skills: critical thinking and problem solving, time management, care coordination, meal planning, shopping, and cooking, light housekeeping, experience organizing, arranging appointments, record keeping and documentation, transporting clients, and physical stamina. Qualifications All Caregivers are thoroughly screened and must meet our employment guidelines. We perform a criminal background investigation, reference checks, and DMV record check. PCAs, Nurse Aide Course Completion Certificate, CNA license. All Caregivers must complete our orientation and training before directly serving clients. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with the current registration and insurance are required. Responsibilities Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff. Assist with personal care. Companionship. Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. What We Offer $16-18 per hour. Flexible Schedule. Part‑Time Hours. Referral Program.
