Advisor Platform & Resources Standalone broker-dealer and registered investment advisory platform Comprehensive financial planning capabilities Broad investment, advisory, retirement, insurance, and protection solutions Modern technology ecosystem supporting financial planning, CRM, trading, portfolio management, reporting, and client engagement Dedicated operational, compliance, marketing, and leadership support Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with members by understanding their financial goals, values, and life stages Develop comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, investment, insurance, and legacy strategies Provide personalized investment recommendations aligned with members' objectives and risk tolerance Partner with internal credit union teams to deliver a seamless, holistic member experience Grow and manage a book of business through referrals, proactive outreach, and ongoing relationship management Analyze investment strategies and make recommendations to members. Achieve sales/production goals to ensure revenue projections are met. Stay abreast of the investment tools and services available that can maximize performance. Ensure business activities and investment recommendations comply with rules and regulations. Generate referrals and strengthen partnerships across the credit union organization. Attend credit union functions and other community meetings as necessary. Promote honest and open communication throughout the credit union. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the credit union's values, philosophies, and leadership characteristics. Work with other credit union departments to ensure the workflow or process provides the best service to members. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Experience developing and managing client relationships within a wealth management, brokerage, bank investment, credit union, or advisory environment. Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance. Life & Health Insurance, FINRA Series 7 & 66 required.
