Front Desk Supervisor Location: Atlanta, GA 30354Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations at our Atlanta location. The ideal candidate will lead a team of front desk staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery, efficient workflow, and a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front desk staff activities, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure prompt and professional handling of all visitor inquiries, phone calls, and appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Manage office supplies and front desk equipment inventory.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports and logs related to front desk activities.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures at the front desk.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a front desk or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and front desk management software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
