Event Date: Saturday, August 29, 2026
Location: The Westin Las Colinas, Irving, TX
Hours: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: $200 flat rate
Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Event Coordinator to assist with guest arrival and registration at an event at The Westin Las Colinas.
The coordinator will be one of the first points of contact for attendees and should provide a warm, welcoming, and organized experience throughout the event.
Responsibilities
Arrive on time and be ready before guest arrival.
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist with the guest check-in/registration process.
Distribute and help guests with name badges.
Direct guests to the appropriate event areas.
Answer basic questions regarding the event and venue.
Assist organizers with registration-table needs and other light event coordination duties.
Help maintain an organized and welcoming entrance/check-in area.
Remain available to assist guests and the event team as needed throughout the shift.
Ideal Candidate
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
Punctual, dependable, and organized.
Able to remain on-site for the full 12:00 PM–7:00 PM shift.
Previous event, hospitality, registration, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
$200 flat rate for the event.
