Preoperative Evaluation Clinic Nurse Practitioner

Meaningful Clinical Practice Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.Evaluate cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, and overall health status prior to surgery.Order and interpret diagnostic testing including lab work, EKGs, and imaging studies.Perform risk stratification and develop individualized preoperative care plans.Provide patient and family education regarding anesthesia and procedural expectations.
