Are you the CNC Turning Technician we’re looking for?

Imagine this: You walk into our state-of-the-art shop in Dover, OH 44622, grab the day’s work orders, and start transforming raw stock into precision parts that drive innovative projects. You know your way around a CNC lathe, and you’re energized by solving tough machining puzzles alongside a supportive team.

Your mission

Translate blueprints and technical drawings into accurate machining plans.
Set up and operate CNC lathes, loading programs and dialing offsets to meet exact specs.
Continuously observe machine performance and make adjustments to protect quality and throughput.
Complete routine maintenance tasks that keep equipment reliable and efficient.
Use calipers, micrometers, and related gauges to validate dimensions and tolerances.
Team up with peers to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
Keep your workstation safe, organized, and audit-ready.
Use the overhead crane safely when moving materials or setups require it.

What it takes to succeed

High school diploma or equivalent; technical machining training preferred.
Proven experience in CNC lathe machining.
Strong grasp of CNC machine operation and basic programming concepts.
Experience operating an overhead crane.
Blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools.
Meticulous attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
Self-directed, yet highly collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
Natural problem-solver with a proactive approach.
