Cardiology Opportunity next to Richmond, VA A growing cardiology practice is actively recruiting for a non-invasive, invasive, or interventional cardiologist to join their practice. The practice is affiliated with the Medical Center for inpatient and outpatient services. Anticipated call is 1:4, but typical weekend call is shared with another group. This opportunity is private practice with hospital support for any new physician. This is a great opportunity to join a cardiology practice in South Central Virginia. The providers have been in the community for 10+ years, attending the academic medical center for their training. Office services include consultations, stress testing (treadmill, nuclear, and echo), echocardiography, carotid/abdominal ultrasounds, and holter/event monitoring. Medical Center is a 300-bed acute care hospital located in South Central Virginia. The hospital is located in a suburb of the state capital, Richmond. Our new full service facility opened in July, 2008.
