Assistant Nurse Manager - Maternity - Full Time Night Shift

Hours: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM. Work Shift: Night Shift (United States of America). Job Description Utilizes the nursing process to effectively assess the needs of patients, identify a plan of care, and implement and evaluate the care given. Provides direct and indirect care to patients and leads the patient care team toward goal achievement in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy. Leads employees to accomplish all job objectives; inspires confidence and motivation to enhance employee satisfaction.
