Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial operations and administrative functions. This role is responsible for financial reporting, general ledger management, account reconciliations, budgeting support, insurance administration, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet accounts. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities. Support internal and external audits by preparing financial reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax requirements, and company policies. Coordinate property and vehicle insurance-related activities. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-7+ years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles. Experience with accounting software/ERP systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Insurance industry experience. Experience supporting audits and financial reporting processes.
