Commercial Operations Manager

To support the Large Molecule Business Unit, the full-time Strategic Business Manager in Commercial Operations will manage enterprise planning, demand planning, and commercial capability development while ensuring effective execution of commercial strategies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support and execute commercial components of Long Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring alignment with business strategy Own commercial inputs into Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) and demand planning processes, enhancing alignment with operational needs Design and deploy training for commercial systems and planning processes, promoting consistent adoption of tools and best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, communications, or a scientific discipline required; MBA preferred 8-10 years of experience in commercial operations, business management, finance, supply chain, or enterprise planning roles Experience supporting or leading planning cycles (LRP, AOP) and/or SIOP processes Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO environments preferred Strong understanding of enterprise planning, demand planning, and commercial operations
