What You'll Do Respond to after-hours hospice calls and urgent patient needs throughout the Twin Cities Metro. Perform in-home assessments and provide symptom management, medication administration, and comfort-focused nursing care. Support patients and families through changing conditions with confidence and compassion. Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team. Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation. What You'll Bring Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license. Hospice experience preferred; nurses from ICU, oncology, home health, emergency, or palliative care are encouraged to apply. Excellent clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills. Strong communication and the ability to build trust during stressful situations. Availability for a 7 On / 7 Off evening and overnight schedule.
