ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of five. Prior to entering the insurance industry, I worked in government contracting with a staffing agency. I’m originally from Maine and graduated from the University of Maine before moving to Florida in 2020. Outside of work, I’m a husband and proud dad of three daughters, and our family also includes a dog.

Giving back and staying connected locally are important to me. I’m involved with the Chamber of Commerce, mentor young people through a local program, and volunteer with Bread of the Mighty Food Bank around the holidays.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Mitchell Burgess - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
