Start Date: July 14, 2026

Location: Apple Valley, California

Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Treat a diverse patient population including total joint replacements, cardiac surgery, fractures, and general medical cases

• Opportunity to work with geriatric and adult populations across multiple units including ER, ICU, and Medical-Surgical

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapy license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of acute care physical therapy experience
• LA fire card within the last 30 days required
• Proficiency in acute care assessment and treatment, including gait training, therapeutic exercise (AROM/AAROM/PROM), home exercise program development, and patient/family education
• Experience with orthopedic conditions (total hip/knee replacements, fractures), cardiac diagnoses (CABG, CHF, MI), COPD, and post-stroke rehabilitation
• Competency with assistive devices, vital sign monitoring, pain assessment, discharge planning, and plan of care development
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
