Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for acute care patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADL).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify plans as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to facility protocols and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current CA Occupational Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Proficient in Epic charting system or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
