What a Typical Day Looks Like Map your route, run :15 on-site visits, and book work. Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team. Light admin and prep from your home Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support Attributes Over Experience (No Sales Experience Required) Coachable – eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook. Curious – comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first. Detail-oriented – executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently.
