Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dermatological treatment tailored to the individual needs of patients, including diagnosis and management of skin diseases.
• Document patient interactions meticulously, including writing orders and progress notes, which will be reviewed and countersigned by the supervising physician.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless coordination of care and delivery of high-quality medical services.
• Play an active role in identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational challenges to support the center's objectives.
• Evaluate clinical practices to enhance effectiveness, suggesting improvements to existing methods and procedures.
• Educate clinical staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions, maintaining patient confidentiality and quality assurance.
• Assist administrative teams in securing new patient business and retaining existing clientele through effective communication and client service.
• Engage in professional development activities to stay updated on the latest dermatology practices and trends.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
