Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial consultations and follow-up visits, carefully evaluating patient symptoms and gathering comprehensive medical histories to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Assist in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, which include prescribing medications and recommending lifestyle changes to promote optimal health.
• Perform a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as suturing, wound care, and joint injections, with a focus on enhancing the surgical recovery process.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring continuity of treatment across departments.
• Provide exceptional pre-operative and post-operative care, which includes educating patients on procedures and managing follow-up appointments.
• Engage in case discussions and participate in medical rounds, contributing valuable insights toward treatment planning and decision-making processes.
• Monitor patient progress closely, meticulously documenting findings and modifying care plans to align with evolving patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families on preventive health measures, treatment options, and medication adherence to foster informed decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices in healthcare documentation.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
