Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document accurate medical histories to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Perform detailed physical examinations and order diagnostic tests, interpreting results to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Administer necessary vaccinations and medications, while educating patients on preventive health measures and lifestyle modifications.

• Monitor and manage patients with chronic conditions, ensuring timely referrals to specialists as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using the EPIC EMR system to support coordinated care.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care standards and operational efficiencies.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements in family medicine.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass caring for a broad range of patient demographics, including infants, children, adults, and seniors. Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

• Current PA Certification and state license required for practice.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies is preferred.

• At least two years of relevant experience as a Physician Assistant, with preference given to those who have worked in family medicine.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 140,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
