Work Environment

Your role will be situated on-site at our surgical center in Roswell, Georgia, a city renowned for its serene environment and community-focused amenities. You will work a full-time schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, ensuring that you have weekends to recharge and rejuvenate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical histories, ensuring that you gather all necessary information for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests such as imaging and laboratory work, evaluating results to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Administer vaccinations, medications, and assist in surgical procedures while educating patients on preventive health measures, disease management, and lifestyle modifications.

• Collaborate closely with physicians and specialists to provide coordinated care, particularly for patients managing chronic conditions requiring multidisciplinary approaches.

• Utilize the EPIC EMR system effectively to document patient encounters, ensuring timely and accurate records that meet legal and ethical standards.

• Stay abreast of the latest medical advancements and evidence-based practices by participating in continuous medical education and quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

• Current PA Certification and a valid state license are required.

• A Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies is preferred.

• Experience using the EPIC EMR system is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
