Reporting to the EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, the Vice President will provide strategic direction, oversight, and execution of Jackson Health System’s employee relations, labor relations, and workforce compliance functions. The Vice President serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and operational leaders on complex labor management matters, workforce risk, and regulatory compliance.
