We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team. You will bring high-volume experience and provide guidance to 50+ team members. This job will be tons of fun and an opportunity to learn and grow your career. An excellent starting salary and substantial benefits are included in your compensation package.
Restaurant Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
- Prior experience working in the Las Vegas area would be a big plus.
Restaurant Operations Manager Qualifications:
- At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $15 million-plus in annualized sales.
- Possesses exceptional craft cocktail and beer knowledge to develop the sales skills of the surrounding team.
- Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.
